Stent System
The Neuroform EZ Stent System is comprised of a self-expanding Nitinol stent, pre-loaded on an enhanced Stent Delivery Wire. The Neuroform EZ Stent System is authorized under a Humanitarian Device Exemption (HDE). IRB approval is required prior to use.
Injectable Bone Substitute
An injectable, self-setting bone substitute composed of tetra-calcium phosphate that is formulated to convert to hydroxyapatite, the principal mineral component of bone.
Stabilization System
The Chesapeake Cervical-Ti Stabilization System is a multi-screw construct designed to provide stability to the anterior column while eliminating the need for supplemental fixation in the cervical spine. [1] Featuring SMARTLock Technology, the system exemplifies advances in new and innovative instrumentation.
Stabilization System
The Chesapeake Anterior-Lumbar Stabilization System is a multi-screw construct that is designed to provide stability to the anterior column, while reducing the need for supplemental fixation. [1] This system offers a comprehensive range of sizes carefully designed to assist with the restoration of sagittal balance and disc height. Featuring tifix Locking Technology, Chesapeake allows for appropriate implant placement required to achieve fusion.
VertaPlex bone cement has been developed for physicians who want low initial viscosity and increased working time. Advantageous for multilevel vertebral augmentation, VertaPlex bone cement maintains its toothpaste-like consistency for an average of 20 minutes.
Our cement-filling device loads up to four cement cannulae at one time, affording an opportunity for quicker and more efficient procedures.
An all-in-one mixer and delivery system, our PCD System is easy to use, provides desired cement consistency, and improves procedure efficiency
With the touch of a single button, AutoPlex M4 mixes and transfers highly viscous bone cement for delivery in less than 60 seconds¹.
Injectable Bone Substitute
An easily injectable, self-setting calcium phosphate bone substitute.
The VertePort cement cannula is a coaxial, hollow-needle system developed specifically for vertebral augmentation. The system offers multiple ways to deliver bone cement during vertebral augmentation procedures. By providing continuous access to the vertebral body, the VertePort cannula allows increased control while delivering cement with the use of a traditional injector. If used to hand obturate cement delivery, it allows an opportunity for the delivery of thicker cement and increased working time.
Demineralized Bone Matrix
An osteoconductive allograft bone matrix with osteoinductive potential, combined with a reverse phase media carrier to offer enhanced handling properties.
VertaPlex HV bone cement is used for treating vertebral compression fractures. It reaches a thick viscosity as soon as it’s mixed and maintains viscosity for an average of 18 minutes. VertaPlex HV cement was introduced in 2009 to address specific viscosity and working time preference for physicians. In 2015, VertaPlex HV became the first polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) cement in the U.S. to receive 510(k) clearance for the fixation of pathological fractures of the sacral vertebral body or ala using sacral vertebroplasty or sacroplasty.
SpinePlex bone cement is a derivative of Simplex P bone cement and has an average working time of 10- 12 minutes. It contains the same PMMA as Simplex P and is manufactured using the same proprietary process. Simplex P bone cement has proven through clinical testing to have high fatigue, compressive and flexural strengths, and low creep.
Designed to reach midline every time
Our OmniCurve curved balloon system aims to make your perioperative experience more predictable. With added ability to penetrate various bone densities, enhanced steering control and maneuverability, and an introducer curve that you trigger, today’s advanced design aims to deliver the power and reliability you need to reach midline.
Acellular dermal matrix
Dermacell is a decellularized regenerative human tissue matrix allograft processed using proprietary MATRACELL® technology from LifeNet Health.
If your current device leaks – it’s not a urine management solution
PrimaFit is designed to help improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Traditional indwelling catheters can cause discomfort, skin injury and infection.
The iVAS Elite balloon system used during vertebral augmentation procedures utilizes a balloon catheter to create a void in the collapsed vertebra, which allows for controlled and contained cement delivery. The hardened cement creates an internal cast that stabilizes the fracture, thereby alleviating pain in approximately 90% of patients.

ET dilation system
The Audion Eustachian Tube dilation system is a balloon dilation device that aims to treat adults (18+) suffering from Eustachian tube dysfunction.¹ The FlexFeel technology and flexible design provide optimal feel while traversing the eustachian tube.² Balloon dilation of the eustachian tube may help to provide up to 29 months of relief, giving your patients comfort that lasts.⁵
Bioactive Bone Graft Substitute
A synthetic bone graft substitute that has increased levels of bioactive glass compared to Vitoss BA, and has a unique porosity, structure, and chemistry to help drive 3-D regeneration of bone.
Reprocessing of single-use medical devices (SUDs) is the practice of inspecting, cleaning, function testing, sterilizing and packaging so that they can be clinically and safely used again. Reprocessing of SUDs is regulated by the FDA. We satisfy all FDA regulatory requirements to reprocess medical devices and ensure that our reprocessed devices are substantially equivalent to original equipment devices.
