In hospitals, the most valuable clinical asset is often the nurse and many are reaching their limits. According to Nurse.com’s 2024 Nurse Salary and Work-Life Report, 59% of nurses said they experienced burnout in the past two years.1

Recognizing these drivers is critical to creating environments that protect nurses’ focus, energy and well-being.
