Attend open enrollment courses for in-depth, hands-on, peer-to-peer interactive training. These intensive two-day and three-day courses are designed specifically for Vocera System Administrators and IT professionals. Classroom courses are offered throughout the U.S., Canada and other customer locations worldwide.
In this two-day course, students receive a comprehensive overview of the Vocera Platform 5 solution, including the system architecture and its key features, with details on how to administer, maintain, and optimize the Vocera System for maximum results.

This 14-video series is a recorded version of the Vocera Engage 5.x System Administration classroom course. It is designed to provide Vocera Engage System Administrators with the tools and confidence to ensure successful maintenance of the Engage 5.x system.
In this one-day course, students learn how to setup and maintain the Vocera Messaging Platform (VMP). Students will be provided hands-on training for an interactive learning experience.
*This course does not apply to Vocera Platform 6.
This three-day course will teach Vocera Platform 6 System Administrators how to administer and maintain the Vocera Platform on a daily basis. Topics include managing users and groups in the Web Console, understanding policies and permissions, and how to troubleshoot using the audit log.

Attend half-day, instructor-led distance learning courses via webcast on topics most requested by Vocera customers. Courses are highly interactive with hands-on labs and personalized instruction. Limited to two people attending from the same location.

This half-day course covers the tools, tips, and best practices of troubleshooting and improving speech recognition accuracy to reduce dissatisfaction and increase user adoption.
In this hands-on course, participants learn the exciting features of Vocera® Staff Assignment (without integration), including Vocera voice workflows and role-based groups. Course also showcases the enhanced capabilities of Vocera Staff Assignment.

Telephony gives users the ability to quickly reach non badge users via existing communications infrastructure. This course provides students with the foundation to manage and troubleshoot your organization's telephony structure.

Students learn to set-up System and Group Device Managers, receive instruction on using the manage devices section of the platform admin console to set device properties, and recognize badge drift. This half-day course provides hands-on lab exercises and instruction that empowers students to manage their Vocera assets efficiently.
This class focuses on features that are only available with a device management enabled key.

The Vocera Platform uses regular expressions (regex) in a variety of circumstances. Regular expressions are the vital tool to understand in order to be successful in working with the Vocera Platform.
