We owe our achievements to our dedicated employees.
Here are a few honors we’ve received for our business results, workplace culture and philanthropic activities.
Glassdoor announced its fifth annual Employees’ Choice Award winners, honoring the highest rated CEOs. Kevin Lobo, our Chairman & CEO, for the second year in a row joins the list of winners across the U.S., Canada, UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands. Unlike any other workplace awards, Glassdoor bases the Employees’ Choice Awards solely on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback.
For the sixteenth straight year in a row, Fortune named us the World's Most Admired Companies list, this year placing #5 in the Medical Products & Equipment Industry category. FORTUNE compiles the Most Admired list based on feedback from executives, boards of directors and analysts, surveying a total of 680 companies from 28 countries. To create the 51 industry lists, survey participants rate companies in their own industry on nine criteria, from investment value to social responsibility. A company’s score must rank in the top half of its industry survey to be on the list.
We ranked #20 out of 50 companies for FORTUNE's 2017 Best Workplaces for Giving Back. Fortune partner Great Place to Work combed through more than 350,000 surveys to compile this list of the companies employees feel are doing the best job at giving back. Employees answer detailed questions about how proud they are of their impact on the community, the difference they feel they make, and whether their work has special meaning.
We were one of 37 companies that received the Gallup Great Workplace Award (GGWA) in 2017. This was our 10th year as a GGWA recipient. The GGWA recognizes organizations for their ability to create an engaged workplace culture that drives business outcomes. A panel of Gallup workplace experts evaluates applicants and assesses them against criteria established by a comprehensive workplace study.
We ranked #23 on the the LinkedIn Top Companies list. LinkedIn bases this list on the billions of actions taken by LinkedIn's 500+ million members according to three main pillars: interest in a company's jobs, interest in a company's brand and employees, and employee retention.
Great Place to Work (GPTW), in association with People magazine, named us one of 50 Companies that Care. We ranked #45 out of 50 companies on the list. This list highlights the top U.S. companies with 1,000 or more employees that have succeeded in business while also demonstrating respect, compassion and concern for their employees, their communities and the environment.
