The course enables students to build skills in designing and optimizing Vocera databases, and to meet the unique needs of their organization. This hands-on, highly interactive training culminates in a real-life “Vocera Medical Center” scenario.

  • Gain an understanding of how groups are used within Vocera
  • Add, edit, and delete Vocera groups
  • Design and configure a call flow database
  • Design call flow for Voice groups with scheduling and forwarding settings 
  • Assign permissions to Vocera groups
  • Distinguish between departments, sub-departments and ordinary groups
  • Learn how to populate instance conferences
  • Recognize badge drift and perform bulk assignment
  • Using the Admin Console to create groups
