The Anchorage Plating System is a single-use bone fixation appliance intended to be implanted. The system is designed with different shaped titanium plates.
Anchorage plates from Stryker offer a line of low-profile, anatomically congruent plates. The compression ramp technology creates a mechanical compression between the two corresponding bone segments.
Anchorage plating
The Anchorage Plating System features a range of plating options including a Utility plate ranging from 2 to 7 holes, Lapidus plate including 0, 1, and 2 step up options, MTP plate in three different versions, Lisfranc plate, Basal Osteotomy plate, Lapidus CP plate including 0, 1, and 2 step up options, and an MTP CP plate.

Anchorage CP plating systems animation
The Anchorage CP plating systems are single use bone fixation appliances intended to be implanted. They are designed with different shape plates made of titanium. The bone plate systems use either 3mm or 3.5mm screws. The drill holes of the plates are aligned to help ensure the screws do not touch. The plates vary essentially through different curvatures, lengths, number of plate holes and shape.
Anchorage CP MTP plate – First metatarsophalangeal joint fusion
This video demonstrates a first metatarsophalangeal joint fusion utilizing the patented Anchorage CP technology, with the MTP plate. A first MTP arthrodesis can be performed in cases of arthritis (hallux rigidus) or deformity. The goal is to fuse (or permanently stiffen) the first metatarsal and proximal phalanx.
