The Pangea Femur Reconstruction System was evolved from the Pangea platform and is purpose-built to address trauma’s most complex femur cases. Designed in collaboration with experienced orthopaedic trauma surgeons, it delivers a dedicated reconstruction solution that brings adaptability, precision, and control to challenging fracture patterns, where standard approaches often fall short.
Built on the foundation of Pangea, the system offers variable-angle plating designed to accommodate diverse anatomies and evolving intraoperative needs. Its versatility supports a wide range of femur reconstructions, helping surgeons tailor fixation strategies to the case in front of them.
That versatility extends beyond plating. The Pangea Femur Reconstruction System is designed to integrate seamlessly with the T2 Alpha Retrograde Nail, creating a cohesive reconstruction solution for complex femur fractures. Plates and nail are engineered to work together, supporting hybrid fixation strategies when stability, alignment, and confidence matter most.
T2 Alpha was shaped by surgeon insight and real-world experience, it was designed to perform in unpredictable trauma environments and integrate naturally into advanced reconstruction workflows.

The Pangea Femur Reconstruction System offers comprehensive medial and lateral large fragment fixation solutions for both native and periprosthetic femur fractures. The new Nail Plate Combination Plates (NPCP) are designed to integrate with the T2 Alpha Retrograde nailing system to enable Nail Plate Combination (NPC) constructs. The NPC Plates feature predetermined screw trajectories designed to avoid collision with the nail, while also allowing for linking of the nail and plate, if desired. AlphaLink™ Technology
The Pangea Femur Reconstruction System introduces AlphaLink™ technology which enables linking between NPC plates and a T2 Alpha Retrograde nail via the AlphaLink™ Dowel.
Inspired by the IMN triple sleeve technology featured in the T2 Alpha nailing platform, AlphaLink™ instrumentation is designed to work together with the T2 Alpha Retrograde targeting device to allow for targeted placement of the dowel in linked NPC constructs and assist in correct positioning of the NPC plate relative to the nail.
