Patricia Budzak, MBA, MHMS, Sr. Program Manager

Patti Budzak is an accomplished healthcare professional with more than 18 years of direct operational, consulting, and sales experience within the post-acute care continuum and musculoskeletal service line management. Her post acute care experience ranges from facility-level admissions and marketing, to developing system wide strategies designed to optimize patient management and financial performance. Her service line management experience encompasses improving care delivery, creating operational efficiencies, growing market share, and optimizing financial performance in organizations ranging from critical access hospitals and ASCs to large, multi-facility healthcare systems.

Geoff Walton, MHA, VP, Alignment, Strategy & Reform

Geoff Walton has spent his career working with physicians and health systems to design and implement innovative programs to meet patients’ needs. Geoff’s vast experiences range from co-founder of Comprehensive Care Solutions, which was acquired by Stryker in 2012, and other various roles as a health system executive prior to becoming an entrepreneur. He directed physician practices, hospitalist practices and was the Executive Director of the Physician Hospital Organization, which led to the launching of a Medicare Advantage plan, of which Geoff was responsible for plan operations. In addition, he was responsible for the development of the orthopedics service line strategy for Sun Health (now part of Banner Health System). Geoff has managed Performance Solutions activities in payment and delivery reform issues, particularly around bundled payment and Accountable Care Organization development - turning reform into opportunity.
