The Ortholoc 2 Ankle Fracture Low Profile System combines a complete selection of indication specific implants and instruments with an advanced andversatile locked plate technology, providing a comprehensive single tray solution to these complex indications.

Completely redesigned to address the anatomy
- Offset syndesmotic and lateral fibula plates allow for precise syndesmotic fixation
- Versatile, low-profile plate designs are Type II anodized, pairing increased strength with minimal construct prominence
- System features a wide range of plates including hook, medial & posterior tibia, 1/3 tubular and syndesmosis plates
Ortholoc 2 LP Ankle Fracture plates
Gravity Synchfix is compatible with plates from the Ortholoc 2 LP Ankle Fracture Plating System. The system includes a Syndesmosis Plate and a Lateral Fibula Plate that both come in Straight and Offset options for the syndesmotic plate holes.
