Engineered with high-performance materials machined to precise tolerances, Hoffmann LRF smartHEX components are designed to be low profile while supporting enhanced physical access and radiographic visibility without compromising stability.

• Tabbed rings and fixation: Full, open, and long foot rings offered in both carbon and aluminum. Half-rings and U-plate offered in aluminum, while short foot and foot-arch offered in carbon. Rings marked for intuitive strut attachment.

• Strut versatility: Mini, extra short, short, medium, and long struts with double telescoping feature to increase length range and minimize strut changeouts.

• Sensory feedback: Hexapod struts with integrated clicking mechanism for pronounced audible and tactile feedback when controllers are not used.

• Flexible placement: Offset plates designed to help minimize strut changeouts, provide placement freedom above or below the ring, and allow close ring-to-ring distance.

Mobile application for connected guidance

The mobile application helps to keep the correction plan visible and accessible, connecting patient guidance with surgeon oversight throughout treatment. Once connected to the software plan via Bluetooth, the patient will use the mobile app to guide the struts with a simple click of a button.

• Plan guidance: Mobile app connects to the software plan and guides the controllers through the correction, sending reminders to the patient throughout the treatment.

• Shared visibility: As the mobile app guides the controllers through the correction plan, the surgeon can see the progress made via the web app.
