Vocera platform telephony

Vocera® Telephony is designed for Vocera Administrators that want to further extend their Vocera solution with integration to existing PBX systems, corporate paging and voicemail systems and the public telephone network.

Students learn about basic telephony structure, terms, and advantages of configuring or extending telephony within your organization. This course also teaches how to use and configure access codes and toll or toll-free exceptions, how to allow telephone calls to connect directly to the Vocera Badge or Smartbadge, how to configure and use dynamic extensions, and how to configure telephony to be shared across multiple facilities.
