Vocera Engage 5.x system administration on-demand training

This self-serve course provides students with an understanding of how Vocera Engage (version 5) works and teaches how data flows through the system, including how to examine the system’s rules and filters. Students learn how to troubleshoot and administrate Engage, as well as receive a comprehensive review of the relationship between Engage Support and how Vocera manages change requests.

This course is designed to provide students with tools and confidence to ensure they can successfully perform the tasks necessary to administrate Vocera Engage (for Platform 5).

Audience: This course is designed for Vocera Engage System Administrators and their Backup Administrators who are running Vocera Engage 5.x.

Technical requirements: Be able to access to HealthStream and Vidyard.

Course Access: This course is available in the Vocera HealthStream System. Follow these instructions to create an account and enroll in "Vocera - Engage 5.x System Administration Training".

If you already have an account within the Vocera HealthStream System, just login and enroll in the course.
