Stryker named one of the World’s Best Workplaces for sixth year in a row

We have been named one of the 25 World’s Best Workplaces for 2022. Great Place to Work (GPTW) and Fortune recognized us for creating globally exceptional employee experiences, high-trust relationships and workplaces that are fair and equal for all.

To qualify, companies had to be ranked on a national Best Workplaces list in at least five countries, have 5,000 or more employees worldwide, and have at least 40% of the company’s workforce based outside of the country where the company is headquartered. 

In 2021 and 2022 we received GPTW honors in Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan), India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Poland, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and the United States. Employees in each country shared what they think and feel about Stryker as a place to work on the Trust Index Survey. The survey is the primary deciding factor in GPTW’s ratings of each workplace.
