Stryker receives the Don Clifton Strengths-Based Culture Award

Stryker received the Don Clifton Strengths-Based Culture Award for a second consecutive year. The Gallup award recognizes workplace cultures where the strengths of its leaders and employees are at the center of how they work every day.

A panel of judges selected five companies that successfully integrate the CliftonStrengths (formerly Clifton StrengthsFinder) methodology into their existing development offerings as well as support employees in discovering and operating in their strengths.
