Stryker named one of the Best Large Workplaces in the Bay Area for 5th consecutive year

For a fifth time, Fortune names Stryker one of the Best Workplaces in the Bay Area, ranking #7 out of 40 large companies.
Fortune collaborated with research partner Great Place to Work, who evaluated the responses of more than 44,000 employees in the San Francisco area on their employee engagement survey. Participants of the survey assessed their experiences in the workplace on more than 60 cultural characteristics, including the extent of their trust in company leadership and the fairness of workplace decisions.
Companies must have 1,000 employees or more to qualify for the large company category. This award recognition honors workplaces for their efforts in creating a great workplace for all their employees in one of the nation’s most competitive marketplaces.
