Stryker once again named a Best Workplace for Women

Fortune and research partner, Great Place to Work, named Stryker a Best Workplace for Women. This is the company’s fourth consecutive year on the list, and it ranks #44 out of 75 large companies.

To compile the list, GPTW analyzed the responses of U.S. employees on its Trust Index Survey to determine if a company is creating a great workplace for all people regardless of their gender or other personal characteristics.

To qualify, organizations must employ a minimum of 50 women with at least 20% of women serving in non-executive managers roles and have at least one woman on their executive team.
