Stryker named the #1 best workplace in manufacturing and production

Thanks to our employees, Fortune and Great Place to Work (GPTW) named Stryker the #1 Best Workplace in Manufacturing and Production. This is our fifth year on the U.S. list.

To compile the list, GPTW evaluated employee responses received last year on the more than 60-question survey while considering the organization’s size, workforce composition and what’s typical relative to our peers in the industry.
