Stryker named one of the Best Large Workplaces in the Bay Area for fourth consecutive year

Fortune and Great Place to Work (GPTW) have named Stryker one of the Best Workplaces in the Bay Area. Stryker ranked #4 out of 35 large companies.
GPTW used responses of more than 33,000 employees in the Bay Area to compile the list. Employees answered questions about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace and whether an organization is consistently a great place to work for all its people.
GPTW also collected demographic and program data from companies and took into account the number of employees located in the San Francisco Bay Area who responded to the survey. Rankings were driven largely by employee feedback on a survey.
