Stryker named one of the Best Workplaces in Texas for 2nd year

Fortune and Great Place to Work (GPTW) have named Stryker one of the Best Workplaces in Texas. Stryker ranked #24 out of 50 large companies.
To compile the list of companies, GPTW asked more than 42,000 employees about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace and whether an organization is consistently a great place to work for all its people.
GPTW also collected demographic and program data from companies and took into account the number of employees located in the Texas who responded to the survey. Rankings were driven largely by employee feedback on a survey.
