FORTUNE names Stryker a Best Workplace for Millennials

For the second consecutive year, Fortune and Great Place to Work (GPTW) named Stryker one of the Best Workplaces for Millennials. We rank #46 out of 100.
To compile the list, GPTW analyzed the responses of more than 434,000 millennials about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace and whether an organization is consistently a great place to work for all its people. GPTW also reviewed the programs and practices of each organization.
On the survey, millennials rated organizations on metrics such as manager competency, respect and fairness in the workplace, opportunities for meaningful work, how effectively executives lead the organization, and whether the company gives everyone an opportunity to innovate and contribute to the organization’s success.
Companies needed to employ at least 50 millennials to qualify for the list.
