FORTUNE names Stryker to the list of 100 Best Workplaces for Women

Fortune, in conjunction with Great Place to Work (GPTW), named Stryker one of the Best Workplaces for Women in the U.S.! Stryker ranked #30 out of 100 companies named and is one of only two medtech companies on the list.
This is our first time making the Best Workplaces for Women list. To determine the list, GPTW reviewed the responses of more than 400,000 employees from hundreds of businesses in various sectors of the economy and analyzed how women rated their organizations.
