For the past seven years, Fortune and Great Place to Work have named Stryker as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in the U.S. Now we have received recognition as one of the best places to work in the world. Fortune announced today it has named Stryker No. 10 out of 25 of the World’s Best Workplaces.
“Our mission and engaged workforce have made Stryker a special place to be. Keeping our customers and patients at the heart of everything we do, we constantly challenge ourselves and each other to achieve more,” said Katy Fink, Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. “We are honored to work with great people who have made us a World’s Best Workplace.”
To be eligible for the list, a company must meet Great Place to Work’s definition of a multinational company and appear on a minimum of five national Best Workplaces lists, which Great Place to Work compiles based on the results of a Trust Index Survey and Culture Audit.
This is the first year we qualified for this list, which is the result of appearing on lists in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Spain, Mexico and the United States. Hear what our employees have to say about working at Stryker.
