Stryker Corporation (NYSE:SYK) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.425 per share payable on January 31, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 30, 2016, representing an increase of 12% versus the prior year and the previous quarter.
