The Medical Education team's diversified approach to education means we have training opportunities for you regardless of level, specialty, or specific procedural focus. As we continue to launch innovative products, our team is focused on delivering courses to train on the safe and effective use of our products, as well as the clinical application of our current and new technologies.

  

In-person Education

MedEd-CMF-national-platforms

Our local educational platforms provide specialized training opportunities for surgeons at various stages of their professional development. Programs include cadaveric and non-cadaveric courses, each led by interdisciplinary faculty and expert surgeon educators.

  • Advances in Craniomaxillofacial Surgery (ACS): A two-day cadaveric program focused on advanced CMF surgical techniques and approaches.

  • Surgical Approaches and Techniques (SAT): A one-day cadaveric course covering foundational CMF trauma techniques.

  • Fibula Teeth: A non-cadaveric course dedicated to digital planning and guided surgery for immediate dental implants in jaw reconstruction.

  • TMJ Training: A hands-on cadaveric session exploring total joint replacement surgery with the TMJ Concepts system.

  • Surgeon2Surgeon: Peer-led training through live surgery observations or virtual meetings, fostering knowledge exchange.

  • Innovative Solutions (IS): A cadaveric course leveraging advanced technology and patient-specific implants in reconstructive and orthognathic surgery.
MedEd-CMF-local-platforms

Our national platforms deliver consistent, high-quality educational experiences led by expert surgeon faculty. These programs are designed to enhance surgical skills and promote the safe and effective use of Stryker products.

  • Surgical Training Lab (STL): A one-day, hands-on cadaveric and didactic course focused on surgical techniques and best practices. Topics vary by location and are tailored to relevant clinical needs.

  • Speaker Series: A one- to three-hour, non-cadaveric lecture program centered on surgical pearls and product usage. These sessions offer flexible, focused learning led by experienced surgeon educators.
