Jordan consults with clients on innovative payment reform strategies, such as co-management arrangements, bundled payment initiatives and accountable care organizations. His expertise includes physician practice management and growth, network development, patient-centered medical homes and Medicaid managed care.

After beginning his career with Medicaid, Jordan spent five years in practice management, during which he led the successful start-up and growth of a new Internal Medicine and Pediatrics practice. He received a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a graduate of the Administrative Internship Program at Duke University Hospital.
