Before, we used epidural steroid injections for lumbar spinal stenosis, but they only eased symptoms temporarily. With the mild procedure, we can now decompress the spinal canal by removing the ligamentum flavum to provide patients lasting relief* without changing the anatomy in a way that could affect future surgery.
