The Ortholoc 2 Small Bones Plating System with 3Di Technology features a versatile array of plating options that include low-profile fracture utility plates, 3 different 5th metatarsal fracture plates, and a pinch plate designed to facilitate distal metatarsal osteotomies, as well as fractures.

Key features

  • Versatile, low-profile plate designs are Type II anodized, pairing increased strength* with minimal construct prominence
  • The Ortholoc 3Di screw hole accepts either a 2.0mm or 2.4mm non-locking or polyaxial locking screw, addressing variations in fracture patterns and patient anatomies

System offerings

The Ortholoc 2 Small Bones Plating System includes a T-Plate ranging from 6 holes to 8 holes, Straight Plate ranging from 2 holes to 8 holes, 5th, Metatarsal Y-Plate, 5th Metatarsal Hook Plate, Jones Fracture Plate, and a Pinch Plate.

Screws and instrumentation

The Ortholoc 3Di locking hole has been designed to accept 2.0mm and 2.4mm Ortholoc 3Di locking and non-locking screws. Surgeons can choose the most appropriate screw diameter and type based on anatomy, bone quality, and surgical goals.
