SPY-PHI is a unique and versatile fluorescence imaging system that provides clinicians with a convenient solution for lymphatic mapping and real-time perfusion assessment. Its compact, lightweight1 design makes it ideal for use in the operating room as well as smaller spaces such as ambulatory surgical centers.
SPY provides visualization to support your intraoperative workflow, helping inform critical decisions when they matter most.
SPY lymphatic mapping
For visualization of lymph nodes and lymphatic vessels during lymphatic mapping in adults with breast cancer, Stryker’s SPY-PHI System and SPY AGENT GREEN are the first fluorescence imaging system and fluorescence imaging agent on-label.*
SPY-PHI and SPY AGENT GREEN are also indicated for lymphatic mapping in cervical and uterine tumors.

SPY-QP
The SPY-PHI also features SPY-QP. SPY-QP is an intraoperative and surgeon-controlled fluorescence assessment software designed to allow surgeons to objectively assess the intensity of the fluorescence signal through Relative Values (%) or a Color Maps mode.*

Onset fluorescence detection
When SPY-QP is activated and SPY AGENT GREEN is injected, a timer will automatically start when the system detects fluorescence. An orange arrow icon will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen, thus signaling the onset of fluorescence.
Assessment window
When the intensity of the fluorescence signal has stabilized, a green arrow will automatically appear, meaning the Fluorescence Assessment Window has been reached. This means that you have entered into the recommended time to assess fluorescence, and you may choose to assess further with Relative Values (%) or the Color Map mode.
Relative Percentage Values
The surgeon can aim the quantification box at a region of interest (ex. well perfused region), set the reference (hold B button on camera head), and evaluate perfusion with relative percentage values.

High image quality
The 1080p resolution at 60fps, designed to provide realistic color reproduction, results in a sharp, highly detailed image
Multiple visualization modes
Combines fluorescence signal information with vivid white light imaging in real-time
Flexible working distance and wide imaging field
SPY-PHI is designed to allow clinicians to assess perfusion in using a wide range of viewing distances, allowing for versatility in the operating room
Ambient light immunity
Ensures that the operator is able to work fluidly without disrupting activities around the surgical table
Intuitive operator controls

1. Data on file
Upon intravenous administration of SPY AGENT GREEN (indocyanine green for injection, USP), the SPY-PHI System is used with SPY AGENT GREEN to perform intraoperative fluorescence angiography. The SPY-PHI System is indicated for use in adult and pediatric patients one month of age and older. The SPY-PHI System is indicated for fluorescence imaging of blood flow and tissue perfusion before, during, and after: vascular, gastrointestinal, organ transplant, and plastic, micro- and reconstructive surgical procedures. Upon interstitial administration of SPY AGENT GREEN, the SPY-PHI System is used to perform intraoperative fluorescence imaging and visualization of the lymphatic system, including lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes. Upon intradermal administration of SPY AGENT GREEN, the SPY-PHI System is indicated for fluorescence imaging of lymph nodes and delineation of lymphatic vessels during lymphatic mapping in adults with breast cancer for which this procedure is a component of intraoperative management.
