Stryker completes acquisition of SERF SAS


MAHWAH, N.J., USA - March 21, 2024 – Stryker (NYSE: SYK), a leading global medical technology company, announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of SERF SAS, a France-based joint replacement company, from Menix.

This acquisition complements Stryker’s existing presence in France and across Europe as well as its global joint replacement portfolio, allowing Stryker to serve a wider range of patients by strengthening its implant product line.
