Stryker Corporation (NYSE:SYK) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share payable on October 31, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2016, representing an increase of 10% versus the prior year and unchanged from the previous quarter.
