Long lasting
Adherus maintains significant burst strength above physiological intracranial pressure in an in vitro model. With an average of 17 cross linking end groups, Adherus has an increased strength.1,2
Low swelling
Hydrogels, by nature, absorb liquid when placed in a solution, which can lead to swelling of the implant. Adherus displayed a dimensional change of only 8% due to water uptake compared to other dural sealants (38%).2
Easy set-up and application
