Purchase order terms and conditions

The “PO Terms and Conditions Stryker Global”, below, are applicable to all Purchase Orders issued by Stryker Corporation and its affiliates. If a jurisdiction specific version is published below, the jurisdiction specific version shall apply to purchases in that jurisdiction. If translations are provided for a jurisdiction below, any conflicts between the English language version and translated language version for that jurisdiction will be resolved in favour of the English language version.
