Jamie Leary-Erickson

Vice President, Global Real Estate and Facilities

Jamie Leary-Erickson became Vice President, Global Real Estate and Facilities in June 2023.

Jamie is responsible for leading Stryker’s global real estate and facilities strategy, aligning workplace operations, real estate investments and facility services to support business growth, employee experience and customer engagement.

Prior to joining Stryker, Jamie held business and operational leadership roles at Nokia for more than 25 years, most recently serving as Vice President, Real Estate, where she led global workplace strategy, property transactions, construction, facilities management and ESG initiatives.

Jamie earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from Arizona State University and an MBA from San Diego State University. Jamie also serves on the board of directors for CoreNet Global.
