Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For 2018
Fortune and Great Place to Work (GPTW) named us one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in the United States. This is the eighth consecutive year we have been on the list, and we ranked 16 out of 100. More than 315,000 employees provided feedback to determine the winners of the 2018 list. GPTW analyzed anonymous responses on an employee survey, together with an evaluation of company programs and practices through a culture assessment, to determine the list winners.

Glassdoor bases the awards solely on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback.
Every year, FORTUNE issues a list of the top 500 U.S. companies, both private and public, ranked by revenue (as reported). This year, Stryker moved up the list 35 spots to #252. Since we first made the list in 2003, we’ve climbed past many strong companies and have moved up 241 spots.
