Mesa® 2 Deformity Spinal System
Over 1,000,000 screws implanted

We have surpassed one million Mesa Pedicle Screw implantations since its launch in 2006! Featured across various spinal systems, Mesa Pedicle Screws provide a 60-degree range of motion, variability in the sagittal plane provided by the polyaxial screws along with a derotation capability provided by the monoaxial screws, and rod placement accommodations designed to eliminate screw height adjustment. Its seamless instrumentation is designed to address challenging correction maneuvers in complex spine surgery.

Niagara® Lateral Retractor System
Enables control through precision, visibility, and flexibility

Niagara is designed to help achieve desired placement while minimising the need to reposition, so the focus is on the procedure; not the set-up. Engineered from a unique formulation of PEEK-infused carbon fibre, this retractor is strong and radiolucent, designed to help reduce the need for intra-operative, image-driven adjustments and allowing for a clear view at level.

With complete adjustability and a broad array of instruments, Niagara is designed for lateral lumbar spinal surgery from straightforward to complex– the retractor that adjusts to you.

Degenerative solutions Explore the exciting world of 3D printing and porous titanium with our Lamellar and Tritanium Technologies!

Tritanium
In-Growth Technology1

Tritanium In-Growth Technology, used to build the Tritanium interbody cages, has been designed for bone in-growth and biological fixation.1 The unique porous structure is designed to create a favorable environment for cell attachment and proliferation2,3, and may be able to wick or retain fluid when compared to traditional titanium material.4 Inspired by the microstructure of cancellous bone3, and enabled by AMagine, our proprietary approach to implant creation using additive manufacturing, this technology is deliberately designed for fusion.

Lamellar 3D
Titanium Technology

Lamellar 3D Titanium Technology uses an advanced 3D printing method to create structures that were once considered impractical with traditional manufacturing techniques. Starting with a titanium powder, the implants are grown through the selective application of a high-energy laser beam, allowing for the incorporation of both a porosity and surface roughness that pre-clinical data have associated with bone growth activity.5

Complex solutions Do more for your patients with our comprehensive portfolio for complex spine.

VLIFT

Continuously distractible titanium vertebral body replacement implant that enables you to tailor the height of the device to fit a variety of patient anatomies. We designed this system to replace a collapsed, damaged or unstable vertebral body or an entire vertebra in thoracolumbar spine (T1-L5). It is intended to be used with supplemental internal fixation systems.

NILE

The Nile Alternative Fixation Spinal System is a non-pedicle based fixation technology featuring low-profile, robust implants coupled with intuitive and light ergonomic instruments, providing an approach to help achieve sagittal balance for the most complex deformity cases.

Mesa 2 Deformity

Mesa 2 screws are top-loading, low-profile, and feature Zero-Torque Technology. The streamlined instrumentation is designed for efficiency and ease of use. This system is poised to address the most difficult correction maneuvers for complex spinal pathologies.

Xia 4.5

A low profile pedicle fixation system enabled by power and navigation technologies. The Xia 4.5 Spinal System combines the power of the Xia cortical cancellous thread pattern with a very low profile tulip head.

Minimally invasive solutions Less is more. Discover new ways to access and treat the spine with our large array of retractors, percutaneous fixation options, and expandable interbody cages.

Niagara

Niagara is designed to help achieve desired placement while minimising the need to reposition, so the focus is on the procedure; not the set-up. Engineered from a unique formulation of PEEK-infused carbon fibre, this retractor is strong and radiolucent, designed to help reduce the need for intra-operative, image-driven adjustments and allowing for a clear view at level.

With complete adjustability and a broad array of instruments, Niagara is designed for lateral lumbar spinal surgery from straightforward to complex– the retractor that adjusts to you.

Cascadia Lateral 3D

The Cascadia Lateral 3D Interbody System includes a full range of implant sizes designed to accommodate the vertebral anatomy. The Cascadia Lateral 3D cages are built with Lamellar 3D Titanium Technology, which incorporates 500μm longitudinal channels throughout the implant, which in conjunction with transverse windows, create an interconnected lattice design to allow for bony integration.6

Everest MI XT

The Everest Minimally Invasive (MI) XT Spinal System features Everest screw technology with metal extensions for minimally invasive rod delivery and reduction.

ES2

ES2 provides you a low profile fixation solution along with streamlined instrumentation, making it simple for your team to care for your patients.

Enabling technologies Be a part of the future. Our enabling technology platforms are designed to help you streamline your workflow.

Balance ACS (BACS)

Balance ACS is a comprehensive platform that applies three-dimensional solutions across the entire clinical care continuum to help drive quality outcomes for spine patients. It provides tools from surgical preauthorisation and preoperative planning to 3D anatomical modeling and postoperative reporting – to support the perioperative process.

Spinal navigation

SpineMap 3D Software’s intuitive, customisable design lets surgeons create personalised workflows and enhance efficiency in every procedure. Designed for use with the Stryker NAV3i Platform, Stryker NAV3 Platform and NavSuite3 Kit, SpineMap 3D Software is compatible with a wide variety of imaging devices from pre-op CTs to the latest intraoperative imaging platforms.

Airo TruCT Mobile CT Scanner

Airo TruCT is the 32 slice point-of-care CT scanner that combines self propelled mobility with the world’s largest inner bore. Airo’s ability to self-propel during transportation makes it highly mobile, and in combination with the largest bore opening, it provided patient positioning flexibility which may support clinical capabilities through the hospital setting.

Biologics Supplement your fusions with our full portfolio of biologic solutions including allografts, synthetics, DBMs and a viable bone matrix.

Vitoss

Vitoss is a synthetic bone graft with a unique interconnected, ultra-porous structure that resembles human cancellous bone. Available in three formulations (foam pack, foam strip or morsels and blocks), it possesses the same three bone healing components as iliac crest bone graft when it is combined with bone marrow aspirate – a scaffold (osteoconductive), cells (osteogenic) and signals (osteoinductive).7
