The XprESS ENT dilation system delivers a combination of control and versatility for sinus and Eustachian tube balloon dilation.

Patient population

The XprESS dilation system has a broad patient indication. The XprESS dilation system is approved to treat both the frontal and sphenoid sinuses in adolescents (12 years and older) as well as the maxillary sinuses in children (2 years and older). In addition, the XprESS ENT dilation system is indicated to treat Eustachian Tube Dysfunction patients who are 18 years and older.

The XprESS LoProfile offers a combination of features and benefits:

Malleable. The malleable tip can be quickly shaped for treatment of the frontal, sphenoid and maxillary sinuses and Eustachian tubes.

Versatile. A large range of balloon sizes is offered to address different patient needs and anatomy, including 5 X 20 mm, 6 X 20 mm, 7 x 20 mm, 5 x 8 mm, and 6 X 8 mm

Atraumatic ball-tip: Designed with multiple confirmation method options it offers you the confidence you need in any procedural setting.

Confirmation technique(s): PathAssist, integrated led light fiber, which is designed to guide you and deliver real-time light confirmation to allow proper balloon placement.
