Disclaimer: Clause 328 4(a) of WHS regulation excludes hazardous chemicals within batteries when the batteries are incorporated in plant. As such, where batteries are in good condition and there is no foreseeable risk of leakage, a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is not required.
