Our Universal Trauma System is a comprehensive craniomaxillofacial plating system built from our experience with the Leibinger platform. The system includes a wide selection of high quality implants for bone fixation for craniomaxillofacial fractures, orthognathic and reconstructive surgery. Due to its modular concept, you can more easily achieve the balance between a comprehensive offering and a solution for specific indications. Module options include: 1.2 upperface, 1.7 midface, 2.0 mini plating, 2.0/2.3 mandible fracture, SMARTLock Hybrid MMF, MMF screws, skeletal anchorage, auxiliary screws, lag screws, bone grafting, screw removal and mesh.

• Graduated Stability Plates (GSP) offer the progressive level of fixation required as the advancement increases.

• We offer malleable, low-profile plates in both the upperface and midface fixation modules that are an excellent micro-implant for the management of small bone fragments in non-load bearing regions of the skull.

• SMARTLoad screw delivery field in each module features recessed screw holes that may facilitate easy loading of the screw.

• Screw disc delivery system incorporates SMARTLoad screw delivery field for easy loading, color coding for easy identification and protects unexposed screws from spillage.

• Midface and mandible modules feature SMARTLock technology; a one step locking screw with a locking capability and up to 10˚ of angulation.
