SSP teams raise $80K for Starlight Foundation in Great Adventure Challenge

At Stryker, we’re on a mission to make healthcare better. Whether it’s through our innovative products or through our volunteer and fundraising efforts, our teams are driven to help improve patient outcomes.

Our employees across the South Pacific recently participated in the Great Adventure Challenge to raise funds for the Starlight Foundation. Starlight is an organization dedicated to bringing happiness to sick kids, helping them remain more positive and resilient, cope with pain, and help reduce fear and anxiety.

Stryker’s 10 teams made up of 80 individuals came together across Australia and New Zealand to participate in the Great Adventure Challenge’s adrenaline-fueled corporate race. Teams were pushed to their limits with activities including mountain biking, trail running, orienteering, and mental challenges.

Not only did our teams have fun and demonstrate the power of collaboration and problem solving, but they also raised $80,000 for the Starlight Foundation.
