Stryker releases Comprehensive Report highlighting 2023 performance and progress towards environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments

Stryker is pleased to announce the publication of our 2023 Comprehensive Report which covers our 2023 financial performance and progress on our environmental, social and governance goals. The report highlights our corporate responsibility commitment to create a better, healthier world by positively impacting our employees, communities and environment.

In his letter to stakeholders, Chair and CEO Kevin Lobo shares that we are making healthcare better and growing our impact around the world. “During 2023, we surpassed $20 billion in sales, and, with this milestone, we also understand that our responsibility to our stakeholders grows,” says Lobo. “We are well-positioned to continue our momentum and deliver strong performance for all stakeholders in the years ahead.”

The report includes stories, data and disclosures on how Stryker is advancing corporate responsibility priorities and objectives. Lobo attributes our progress to strong collaboration amongst employees, across the industry and with our customers. “Together with our customers, we impact more than 150 million patients annually, a number that helps quantify our reach and inspires us to push further.”
