Fortune names Stryker a Best Workplace in New York

Fortune and Great Place to Work (GPTW) named Stryker one of the Best Workplaces in New York for a second consecutive year. We rank #8 out of 40 large companies.
To compile the list, GPTW asked more than 70,000 employees about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace and whether an organization is consistently a great place to work for all its people. Rankings were driven largely by employee feedback on the Trust Index Survey.
GPTW also collected demographic and program data from companies with major locations in New York State or the New York Metro Combined Statistical Area defined by the U.S. Census.
