The Denali Minimally Invasive (MI) Spinal System is a top-loading pedicle screw featuring a low-profile screw housing design, allowing for off-axis height adjustment and instrumentation ensuring full rod reduction. These implants and instruments are cannulated for use with the Serengeti Minimally Invasive Retractor System.



  • All-in-one rod reduction instrument that allows for provisional and final tightening

  • Hex end and bullet nose rods allow positive control of the lordotic curve and simple passage through muscle tissues

  • Simple, one-step removal of Serengeti retractors using the retractor extractor

  • 50° polyaxial range of motion allowing greater variability of screw placement in complex clinical pathologies

  • Off-axis screw height adjustment allowing for repositioning of the screw without co-linear alignment of the inserter and the screw shaft
