Fortune names Stryker a Best Workplace in Chicago

For a second consecutive year, Fortune and Great Place to Work (GPTW) name Stryker a Best Workplace in Chicago. We rank #30 in the large companies’ category.
To compile the list, GPTW asked more than 19,000 employees about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace and whether an organization is consistently a great place to work for all its people.
GPTW also collected demographic and program data from companies and took into account the number of employees located in the Chicago metropolitan statistical area who responded to the survey. This area includes parts of Indiana, Wisconsin and Illinois. Rankings were driven largely by employee feedback on the Trust Index Survey.
