Ms. Corbe reports to the Audit Committee of our Board of Directors. In this role, Irene oversees our global internal audit services, which is a critical component of the corporate governance structure. Irene has more than 25 years of professional experience in internal audit, finance and accounting in various roles of increasing responsibilities.  Most recently, Ms. Corbe was the Vice President, Internal Audit at Whirlpool Corporation.

Ms. Corbe received her Masters of Business Administration degree from Oakland University and her undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Michigan. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
