Ravine

Lateral Access System

Manufactured with a combination of materials to allow for enhanced fluoroscopic imaging and the necessary strength for a lateral procedure

Main features

  • Aluminum radiotransparent frame on x-rays and non-glare black coating is designed to allow enhanced visibility
  • Titanium blades designed to help provide a strong retraction while enhancing visualization
  • Dual Flat Blade Platform designed to enter the psoas in line with the muscle fibers and turns 90° to establish a working corridor
  • Integrated light cable allows for disc space visualisation
  • Fixation pins designed to provide fixation to the vertebral bodies, to help avoid the need for an arm connection and designed to prevent tissue creep under blades

Ravine for Anterior To Psoas (ATP) approach

  • Open frame design to allow for orthogonal maneuvers and potentially avoid the need for psoas retraction
  • 3rd blade option designed to provide abdominal soft tissue retraction and to help protect vessels which includes a specific blade for Anterior Longitudinal Ligament release

Cascadia Lateral 3D

The Cascadia Lateral 3D Interbody System includes a full range of implant sizes designed to accommodate the vertebral anatomy. This system is designed to work with the Ravine Lateral Access System, offering a full line of instrumentation for the direct lateral transpsoas approach. Lamellar 3D Titanium Technology incorporates 300-500 um longitudinal channels, which in conjunction with transverse windows, create an interconnected lattice designed to allow for bony integration [1,2].
