Yin Becker

Vice President, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer

Yin Becker became Vice President, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in January 2012.

As Vice President, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, Yin is responsible for developing and implementing company-level communication, marketing, government affairs and corporate responsibility strategies that grow and strengthen our position as a medical technology leader.

Yin has held multiple leadership roles within Stryker, including more than 20 years with our Orthopaedics Division, where she served as Vice President, Healthcare Innovations and Executive Director of the Homer Stryker Center, and also held leadership roles in sales services. Her team developed strategic business solutions, medical and sales education programmes and award-winning patient awareness campaigns. She also launched the company's first global giving and volunteering programme and actively supports medical missions for underserved patients around the world.

Prior to joining us, Yin spent 10 years with Pfizer, in various marketing and education leadership roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rider University.
