Mr. Maceda serves as the Chair of Bain & Company, Inc., a global management consulting firm. From 2018 to 2024, Mr. Maceda was the Worldwide Managing Partner and CEO of Bain and led Bain’s global strategy and operations across 65 offices, driving the firm’s transformation to strengthen digital capabilities, expand its focus on sustainability, and preserve its award-winning culture. Since joining Bain in 1989, Maceda has held multiple senior leadership roles and advised CEOs across a wide range of industries on enterprise-wide initiatives spanning strategy, growth, cost management and organizational effectiveness.

Mr. Maceda also serves on the boards of the Ayala Corporation of the Philippines and The Bridgespan Group.

Mr. Maceda’s strategic acumen, global leadership experience and track record in transformation enable him to provide valuable business, leadership and management insights to our Board.
