At Stryker, we have long been committed to conducting our affairs in compliance with all applicable laws and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
Our Code of Conduct sets out the key policies and procedures that govern our conduct as Stryker employees. The ethics hotline provides you with a way of anonymously reporting suspected misconduct or other concerns to the company.
Each of us at Stryker makes choices every day that contribute to the character of the company. By making ethical decisions, we deal fairly with our customers, our suppliers, our shareholders and with each other.
As we look to the future, we each need to make the personal commitment to continue to act honorably, with unquestionable integrity, and in full compliance with the ethical and legal standards set out in our Code of Conduct. It is clearly the right thing to do.
