Our approach to innovation begins with understanding where meaningful progress is still needed. In aspiration, the mission is clear: reach the clot face and restore blood flow as quickly as possible. But the path is rarely simple. 

For years, a fundamental tradeoff has persisted between aspiration power and the trackability and support needed to navigate complex anatomy and reach the clot face.

That's where we focused.

A thin-wall, braided-reinforced hydrophilic short sheath designed to accommodate the 9F Broadway System* while maintaining a familiar 8F closure approach.

Our patented technology leverages thousands of laser cuts in a stainless steel hypotube to create distinct structural patterns that balance flexibility and support while maintaining lumen patency and kink resistance.

Once delivered to the target vessel, Broadway 8 is designed to support clot engagement and efficient aspiration, helping physicians remove clot and restore blood flow.


Its 2.41 mm / 0.095 in distal outer diameter and 2.13 mm / 0.084 in inner diameter were purposefully selected based on research across hundreds of patients. In the ASSIST Registry, the average M1 diameter was 2.43 mm.
