Nick Mead

Vice President, Investor Relations

Nick Mead became Vice President, Investor Relations in May 2026.

Nick leads Stryker’s Investor Relations Function, setting our strategy, driving investor engagement and serving as a primary liaison with the investment community.

He has nearly 20 years of experience at Stryker, with leadership roles spanning Endoscopy, Medical and Neurotechnology, Orthopaedics and Spine. Nick joined Stryker in 2007. Prior to his Investor Relations role, he was Vice President, Finance for our Medical Division where he partnered closely with senior leaders on commercial strategy, capital allocation and operational execution.

Throughout his career, Nick has supported mergers and acquisitions, commercial planning and investment decisions across implants, capital and service portfolios.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, was previously a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has completed executive leadership programs at Northwestern University, Harvard University and Stryker’s Medical Leadership Academy.
